DIN Standard Rolled Ballscrews
The production of the PMI rolled ballscrews are manufactured using advanced production techniques and precision machinery, including a state-of-the-art digital thread rolling system from Germany. Every step—from raw material selection and thread forming to induction hardening and final inspection—is governed by strict quality control procedures to ensure superior product performance.
By combining precision-rolled screws with ground nuts, we offer a modern alternative to traditional ACME and trapezoidal threads. This design significantly reduces friction and backlash while ensuring smoother motion. Additionally, our manufacturing process allows for faster lead times and more cost-effective solutions.
